A principal-led consultancy
Allegiant Systems was established in Melbourne in 2017. The engineer you brief is the engineer who does the work.
Victor Choo
Director and Principal Engineer
RPE (Vic), CPEng, NER, FIEAust, CEng, MIET, CSEP, MINCOSE
Victor has more than 25 years in systems safety, RAMS, and systems engineering.
He has held the accountable seat on every side of a transport project: the State (Department of Transport and Planning), the project authority (Rail Projects Victoria), the operator (Keolis Downer for Yarra Trams), and the consultant (MACE). Having been the State's reviewer, he writes submissions built to pass review.
Clients bring him in when a safety argument has to stand up to regulator and legal scrutiny, or when reliability targets and safety requirements start pulling a design in different directions.
